Customer data is stored in accordance with the tax law retention requirements under § 132 para 1 BAO.
Upon written request, all personal data will be deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired.

Every person whose data has been processed digitally (hereinafter referred to as the data subject) is entitled to information about the processed data.
The information about the data includes copies of all stored data of the applicant, the purposes of processing and the categories of data.

Requests for information, correction, deletion, or restriction will be answered promptly, but in any case within 90 days of receipt.
It is pointed out that the rights to object to or delete personal data can only be granted after the termination of an ongoing contractual relationship, as the personal data are essential for the fulfillment of the contract!

If the data subject claims that his or her rights have been violated, he or she may file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (https://www.dsb.gv.at/) within one year of becoming aware of the grievance.
